Professional Experience

María Andreina Gómez has extensive experience in the Financial Sector, specifically in the Banking and Investment area. She works as a Commercial Manager and Financial Advisor in Canal Securites Corp., leading the opening project of the NASE Group’s House of Securities, and supports the Treasury areas of the Group’s companies through the management of investment portfolios, including of Canal Bank SA, Banco Universal SA, National Insurance Panama and Colombia where he is a member of their respective Investment Committees. Additionally, shehas extensiveexperience in structuring private debt instruments.
Prior to joining Grupo NASE, she acquired extensive experience working for SeaGate Capital, an independent brokerage house regulated by the SMV where she specialized in managing discretionary investment portfolio, providing tailored investment proposals for her individual and institutional clients and providing analysis.
Additionally, she has worked with AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company, a prestigious French insurance company with subsidiary office in Tampa, Florida where she served high flow customers (HNW).
Maria Andreina graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Tampa, Sykes College of Business, obtaining a double degree in International Business and Management with a specialization in Finance. She holds a Broker’s license issued by the SMV and is a Trader Professional accredited by the ABP in London, UK for which she obtained the Diploma Level 5 in Financial Trade with the London Trading Academy.
